Invitation letter and visa

The US Olympic and Paralympic Committee has produced a guide regarding visas for the USA. You can read the document here

Please check here whether you require an ESTA to enter the USA through the visa waiver program (VWP). To apply for an ESTA please ensure you go through the Official Website of the Department of Homeland Security and not through any third-party provider.

If you are not eligible for the visa waiver program, you can apply for an invitation letter with the support of ACA and the USOPC. Please complete the application form here.

Presidents and Secretary Generals whose names are listed on the ICF website are automatically eligible to receive a visa invitation letter. All other delegates will need to be verified. Each NF can apply for up to three delegates. If three delegates are listed, at least one must be of each gender. To update the information on the ICF website, please contact members@canoeicf.sport with the documentation of your most recent elections.
