Jane Gibson
About
Great Britain’s Dr Jane Gibson was elected as Chair of the ICF Medical and Anti-Doping Committee at the Congress in Antalya in 2024 having taken on the role on an interim basis.
She has been a chief medical officer at multiple ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships and World Cups. She also had the same role at the European Games and European Championships.
Paddling for more than 48 years and having competed in all disciplines at one time or another, Dr Gibson represented Great Britain in Canoe Slalom during the 1980s.
