Dr. Wai-Hung Luk
About
Dr. Luk has been the Chair of the ICF Dragon Boat Committee since 2014 and has been Executive Member of Hong Kong Canoe Union from 1978 to 2019.
He was the Team Manager and coach of the Hong Kong Canoeing Team at Seoul 1988 Olympic Games and has actively supported the Hong Kong NOC at various levels at multi-sport events.
Dr. Luk was the Medical Manager in equestrian events at Beijing 2008. He has been a Canoe Sprint ITO since 1981 and a Dragon Boat ITO since 2007.

Honours
Medal of Honour awarded by Hong Kong Special Administration Region Government in 2003.
