Olivier won two events at the 2019 African Games in Morocco, securing two Olympic quotas for Tokyo 2020. However, a lack of funds meant she could not participate. In November 2023, she redeemed herself at the continental championships, securing two Olympic quotas in the K1 500 and K2 500.
