WHEN/WHERE DID YOU START CANOEING/ KAYAKING?
I began canoe at age at Canoe Kayak Club de l'Ile Robinson, in Saint Gregoire, France
REASON FOR TAKING UP THE SPORT
I used to do gymnastics, but I wanted to practice outdoor sports. I loved the gliding sensation that you get in flatwater kayaks. I love to be outside whatever the weather and paddle with my friends. I also enjoy the direct competition in canoe sprint, you are side by side with your competitors.
