Bibarys SPATAY (KAZ)

Set to compete in the KL2, Spatay’s best finish at the World Championships was finishing fifth in 2023. The Closing Ceremony flagbearer from Tokyo 2020 likes swimming and studied law at the Auezov South Kazakhstan State University. He idolised American swimming legend Michale Phelps.
