Russians Andrey Kraytor and Elena Prokhorova have won the 200m stand up paddling titles at the Russian President’s 2020 Canoeing Cup.
It’s the first SUP event run by a national canoeing federation since the Court of Arbitration for Sport ruled the International Canoe Federation and its federations have the right to host stand up events.
The Russian Federation President’s Canoeing Cup was held in Moscow at the Krylatskoye rowing course on August 15 and 16.

The experienced Kraytor convincingly won the men’s title, with the silver medal going to Leonid Tilsh, and Igor Melnikov taking the bronze.
Prokhorova showed the best result among women. Natalia Novitskaya and Olga Merkulova took second and third places respectively.
