ACCESS AND TRANSPORT ARRIVING BY CAR Slovenia has a good road infrastructure. Ljubljana is located at the crossroads of the country's most important road routes. For driving on motorways, it is mandatory for you to have a vignette (including the motorway ring road around Ljubljana).
