  • Complete and Submit the ICF Athlete Location Form.

Although the ICF’s preference is to receive submissions via ADAMS, the documents below can be used for submission via fax or email.

Representatives of the National Federation complete the following form to detail specific whereabouts information for National Teams. A separate form should be filled in for each competition or camp which your athletes will be attending during the period:
